亚运志愿者通过团队考勤在“亚运志愿时”系统登记自己的服务时间，按照1小时1分积累志愿时积分，系统还根据志愿者不同的服务职责制定了相关的系数，换算出志愿者各自的志愿时积分。亚运志愿者累积一定的志愿时积分，便可以换取相应的亚运志愿者徽章。
