近日，北京住房公积金管理中心发布通知，2010年住房公积金年度月缴存额上限为 2906元。2009年北京市职工住房公积金年度月缴存额以2682元为上限。

　　文中的threshold of housing public accumulation funds就是“住房公积金上限”，这里的threshold也可以用upper limit来替换。housing public accumulation funds也就是我们常说的“住房公积金”的全称，常简称为housing fund。
